We ask that you Please Read these policies prior to placing an order with us. If you do not intend to abide by these policies, please do not place an order with us.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our business all sales are final. Due to personalized merchandise , these policies are strictly enforced. Every person wants fresh, new items for them self or as a gift. If you don't agree with these terms, please do not place an order.
We do not accept returns for any reason other than damaged or defective merchandise, and we do not issue refunds to credit cards for any reason. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, it will be replaced for the exact same item.
Please contact us for a Return/Exchange form if you situation meets the requirements listed above. You must include this form along with printing your personal return authorization number on the outside of the box. Any boxes without this information will not be accepted. All Return/Exchange have to be made with in three (3) days after you received your merchandise. If you have not contacted us with in the three (3) days. You will not be given a return authorization number. These policies is strictly enforced.
Please note there is no Return or Exchange given on Custom Made Merchandise.
CANCELLATIONS
All orders are processed once payment has cleared. Once payment has been cleared the order cannot be cancelled for any reason. These policies is strictly enforced.
INVENTORY
Though we try to be as accurate as possible, sometimes you item(s) my be on backorder. If this happen you will be notified at once.
SHIPPING
Shipping is never refundable. We ship only to the continental U. S. A. by way of the USPS.
Insurance for your product & tracking ID is covered with your purchase.
We generally take 1 to 3 business days to process orders and we usually try our best to ship out the order by the next business day. It takes around 5 - 10 business days for the package to be delivered (From the time of dispatch). You will receive an email informing you of (YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED) Friday and Weekend Orders Will Be Processed and shipped on Monday.
Please allow 3 to 10 business days for shipping.
We are not responsible for special shipping requests (ie. Leave at front door, etc.) You must be available on the date that the package is delivered to sign for it, or to accept the package. Your package can be tracked on the USPS web page www.usps.com just key in the tracking number that is provide to you in your (YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED) email. If you are unsure about your availability, have the package delivered to an address where an adult will be present to sign for it.
